The sky is clearing up, the weather is becoming warmer and we’re saying goodbye to the rainy and windy days we’ve all had to wake up to for the past few months. It makes you think, isn’t this time of the year perfect to have your special day?
Okay, say you have the date of your wedding decided, but what do you do about your wedding look? We always see brides stressed about how to dress for their special day. Of course you want to look the most beautiful you’ve ever been for your wedding day.
But unfortunately too often we see brides feeling defeated. We hear these 2 scenarios a lot, A- they are told what they want is not what a bride “should” wear or B – no one is listening to what they really want and help them achieve that. No two weddings are the same, so why should you be pigeon holed into that one bridal look?
And this has inspired me to create [The Bride Academy]. The workshop is designed to help you, as a bride to be to learn about your body type and what that means in a wedding dress? And how you can really shine with confidence in what you’re wearing. To have the bridal confidence and help you make better choices when it comes to your bridal day look.
The workshop will be on Sunday the 6th of November between 10am to 1pm, at the stunning Wedding HQ – 10 Satu Way, Mornington VIC 3931.
A brand new wedding hub, a collective of like minded bridal vendors in one area for couples planning their day down at the Mornington Peninsula.
Finding your perfect gown doesn’t mean you’re done though. Your hair, makeup and even your lingerie is just as important. This is why I have gathered special guest speaker Sophie from Makeup by Sophie Knox to demonstrate the latest bridal make up looks. And Victoria from Intimo Lingerie also has the honor to come in to talk about what is appropriate to wear underneath your gown.
Both ladies are very talented and specialise in their areas, so you are able to learn from the best.
Secret tips and tricks will also be provided during the session, so you can leave feeling positive about how to shop for your wedding gown and rock what you wear with flair.
If you have been following Cathleen Jia, you would know that I am very passionate about what I do, and I absolutely love my brides. The information I have gathered over years and is something I am about to share with you at the Bride Academy.
PS. Here is an idea. Why not bring the girls along and make it a fun day out? I am sure they will appreciate an informative workshop to know their body shapes and feel confident in their chosen bridesmaid dress. Click here to reserve your seat.
